LEPDO - ORDER & PAYMENT POLICY

Diamond Orders

• 100% advance payment is required for all diamond orders.
• A proforma invoice is shared before payment.
• Final carat weight may vary by + / - 5% and will be reflected in the final invoice.
• Orders are prepared within 1-3 working days after payment reflects in our bank account.
• Export processing cannot begin until payment is fully credited.

Jewelry Orders

• Jewelry orders are generally processed on 100% advance payment.
• For approved customers, gold payment can be made in advance and diamond payment after jewelry is made.
• CAD design time is 1-3 working days.
• Manufacturing time is 3-5 working days.
• Order processing and packing takes 1-2 working days.
• Gold rate is locked only when payment is received in our bank account.
• Manufacturing will not start until gold payment is confirmed.

Shipping & Quality Check

• Shipping time is 5-8 working days depending on destination and courier.
• All diamonds and jewelry go through strict quality checks before dispatch.

Returns, Refunds & Payments

• All sales are final. No returns or exchanges are accepted.
• Payments are considered valid only after they reflect in our official bank account.
• Fake, frozen, or unconfirmed payments are not treated as received.
• If a refund is issued under any circumstances, all transaction and bank charges will be borne by the customer.
• Refund processing time is 2-5 working days.
